National Uniforms carries the highest quality products and offers the highest level of service possible, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you should have to return or exchange an item, please follow our return policy.
- Please obtain a 'Return Authorization Number' by contacting our office via phone, fax, or email. THIS IS REQUIRED! Products returned without proper authorization and marking (Return Authorization Number MUST be written on the outside of the shipping carton) will be rejected.
- No credit refunds after 30 days of receipt of goods, no refunds/exchanges on custom orders and/or worn items. Products returned for size and/or color changes must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a manufacturer's restocking charge.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking charge by the manufacturer except in cases where the product is found to be defective or an error has been made with your order on our part. Restocking charges vary between 10% and 20% depending on the manufacturer.
- All merchandise must be in its original, new condition. Please do not remove any tags or dispose of the shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase. Items that have had the tags removed or have been worn, soiled, altered, damaged, or laundered will not be exchanged or refunded.
- National Uniforms does not refund shipping charges. Except in cases where the product is found to be defective or an error was made in your order on our part, you are responsible for the shipping charges and the safe return of all merchandise for refunds and/or exchanges.
- All sales shipped outside the U.S.A. are FINAL (with the exception of Canada). No refunds/exchanges on items shipped outside the U.S.A. Canada is exempt from this policy, so refunds/exchanges are accepted from Canadian customers.
- All special order sales are final. Special orders include items with embroidery, custom sizing and/or alterations, and/or closeout stock sales.
