Shipping Policies & Procedures

FREE Ground Shipping on Orders over $150: Available on ground shipping only within the 48 continental United States only.

Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process. Shipping charges are calculated on weight of the garments ordered and the distance between your shipping location and the supplier's warehouse of garments ordered. You will have the opportunity during check out to either approve the shipping charges or cancel the order.

Orders containing garments from multiple suppliers: Small orders (those not eligible for our FREE ground shipping offer) may have higher than normal shipping charges calculated. The calculated shipping charges are the sum of each supplier's shipping charge.

Unless the garments in your order require special customization (such as emblems, embroidery and/or screen printing), your order will be shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse using your chosen method of shipment.

Generally, orders placed before 9:00 a.m. eastern time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped that same day, otherwise your order will be shipped on the following business day.UPS is the preferred shipper used by our suppliers. In some cases, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service can be selected as the shipper of your order. Both UPS and FedEx offer Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air and is available only for shipments to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Weekend or holiday delivery is not available.

Some of our suppliers operate multiple warehouses and on occasions your order may be shipped from two or more of these locations.

We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service.

Automotive Dealership Image Programs

Garments that are part of VF Imagewear's Automotive Dealership Image Programs are stocked blank and require an additional eight (8) to ten (10) business days before shipping. This does not apply the Automotive Dealership Technician Shirts which are stocked as shown.

Orders with Emblems

Orders with garments that require emblems will require an additional seven (7) to ten (10) business days before shipping.

Orders with Direct Embroidery and/or Screen Printing

Order with garments that require either direct embroidery and/or screen printing require additional time before shipping. This additional time varies widely depending on the services being performed. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. for more information.

Back Orders

No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the original order will be shipped at no additional cost to you.

Orders Outside the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii

Orders being shipped to locations outside the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii include the following:

  • Army Post Offices (APOs)
  • Fleet Post Offices (FPOs)
  • Diplomatic Post Offices (DPOs)
  • U.S. Territories and Possessions
    • American Samoa: Manua Island, Swain’s Island, Tutuila Island
    • Guam
    • Northern Mariana Islands, Commonwealth of the: Rota Island, Saipan Island, Tinian Island
    • Puerto Rico, Commonwealth of
    • U.S. Virgin Islands: St. Croix Island, St. John Island, St. Thomas Island
    • Wake Atoll: Wake Island
  • U.S. Freely Associated States
    • Marshall Islands, Republic of the: Ebeye Island, Kwajalein Island, Majuro Island
    • Micronesia, Federated States of: Chuuk (Truk) Island, Kosrae Island, Pohnpei Island, Yap Island
    • Palau, Republic of: Koror Island
  • Canada

All shipments made to these locations, without exception are done using the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail® service. Orders shipped to these locations will require an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days before shipping. This allows us time to receive the garments you ordered from our suppliers and then package and process your order with the necessary shipping documents (including any required customs documents.)

You are fully responsible and agree to pay any and all duties and taxes that may be charged by the carrier for an export shipment.
